Colonel Hart's has been a big part of bringing the Tosa Community together for over 21 years. Andrew Grassel has kept the ambiance of a comfortable neighborhood sports bar, with friendly conversation among young and old. Decorated with sports memorabilia from wall to wall, featuring 9 Plasma TV's, it's where to watch your game. Offering daily specials, home made soup/pizza, wings, and Tosa's best fish fry. The food is outstanding! Colonel Hart's annually sponsors the HartFest Car Show and hosts Colonel Fest. Colonel Hart's is a fine establishment, offering a large selection of fine beers and serving a touch of fine food at a great price.
Weekly specials include: Taco Night, Sloppy Joe Night, Wing Night, 1/2 off Appetizer night, 1/2 price pizza days friday fish fry and daily drink specials including $1 miller mugs during happy hour (m-F 2-6).
Colonel's also has a patio open during summer from 11am-11pm.
