The annual Blarney Run/Walk benefits the Wauwatosa Historical Society. The 2014 Blarney Run/Walk will begin at the Friends of Hoyt Park and Pool Grand Hall.

What’s with this Diva Pass? Receive a free Diva Pass at any of the participating businesses. Simply fill out the pass to receive a punch. Shop at a participating business and receive a punch. Dine at a participating eatery and receive two punches. Bring your pass to Arte between 8:30-8:45 to be entered to win one of the 20+ fabulous prizes by participating businesses. You will be entered based on the number of punches you have. The drawing will take place at 8:45 – you MUST BE PRESENT to win. One prize per person, so if your name is drawn twice, you may either pass on that prize or swap prizes.

Wauwatosa favorite Cornelia Beilke, voice, and her friends Kelly Hofman, horn; Jamie Hofman, viola; and Galina Gerakosov, piano, present music by Johannes Brahms, Frank Bridge, Claude Debussy, Richard Strauss and Bach. Corneilia Beilke has an undergraduate degree in vocal performance and pedagogy from Musikhochschule in Berlin, Germany, and a Master of Music degree from Loyola University in New Orleans. She has taught for many years and at all levels.
A cabaret-style program of music for springtime including songs by Bernstein, Gershwin, Cole Porter, Leonard Cohen, Rodgers and Hart, Adam Guettel, Kurt Weill and others.
Lyric baritone Kurt Ollmann benefited greatly from an artistic association with Leonard Bernstein. After thorough schooling and a fruitful beginning with Milwaukee’s Skylight Opera, he appeared in several prestigious world venues before being given a place among Bernstein’s favored singers. Kurt is also an adjunct professor of voice at UW-Milwaukee.
Born and raised in Nebraska, Jack Forbes Wilson spent several seasons in Srping Green with American Players Theater before moving to Milwaukee over twenty years ago. Since then he has worked with the Milwaukee Rep, Next Act Theatre, Milwaukee Chamber Theatre, Skylight Music Theatre, and many others. Jack is active as a music director, actor, pianist, church musician, and teacher. He splits up his extensive list of engagements between his work as music director for the First Unitarian society of Milwaukee and the Wisconsin Conservatory of Music.
